Tuxedos
The shirt will probably be the easiest decision
for your groom. His choices are white and black. White being the
obvious choice of many but, a black shirt can offer a sharp look.
Not all tuxedo jackets are the same. You have
to decide if you want tails, the length, the collar and even what
style of buttons you prefer.
The groom needs to decide if he wants to wear
a vest or cummerbund. The color should match the theme of the
wedding although some men choose to wear the traditional black.
The tie is one of the most difficult pieces to
decide on. You have the classic bow tie, a simple straight tie,
Ascot tie, the cowboy tie, contemporary formal or a large gemstone
(usually black).
The shoes and pants are generally standard.
If you decide on a theme wedding, the groom could
pull away from the traditional tuxedo and dress unique while keeping
his charm.
1. Beach theme - Cacky shorts, sandals and a white
polo shirt
2. Swingers - A Zoot Suit
3. Country - Jeans, cowboy boots, button down shirt, dress jacket
and hat
4. Celtic - Long jacket, dress pants, black boots and no tie.
