A party center or banquet hall has many of the same options as a hotel. However, if your guest list teeters around 300, you may not be able to find one of these facilities to accommodate everyone comfortably.

These places offer the couple dinner, bar and bartender, china, linens and sometimes a few decorations. They also have a professional wedding coordinator to help with your ideas.

Most halls will allow access for 5 hours. You always have the option to purchase extra time, however this can cost you an extra $100-$200. Although, you may get lucky, some will grant permission for the entire day. You will have to decorate and clean up these sites yourself or with the help of friends and family.
