without paying the high expense of a personal trainer or fitness
center fees. Remember, your efforts will not be visible for a
few weeks, but you will notice a difference, if you just stick
with the program. Obviously, a good diet should accompany these
routines and also a brisk walk or jog to boost your cardio can
speed up the process a bit, too.
